PRODUCTS

The artworks offered for sale are original creations made by the artist VICTOR.

Each unique piece is described with the utmost care (dimensions, techniques, materials). The photographs presented are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in color or texture may occur depending on screen settings.

PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€).

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate for parcels up to 10 kg (artwork and packaging included). For shipments exceeding this weight, a personalized quote will be provided based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the artwork.

The quote must be sent to and approved by the client before any shipment is made.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made online by credit card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay.

The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

The artworks remain the property of the artist until full payment has been received.

DELIVERY

Shipments are carried out by a carrier, following the client’s approval of the shipping quote.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on weight and destination.

The artist cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

The buyer is required to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage or irregularity within 48 hours.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made artworks.

For non-customized artworks, the client has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns are at the client’s expense and must be made in the original packaging.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The information collected is necessary for order processing.

It will under no circumstances be shared with third parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks and images displayed on the website are the exclusive property of the artist VICTOR.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
